The newly renovated Hotel Fundador blends the tradition of our European ancestors with ChileÃÂs native origins, a design created by famed national architect Germán del Sol winner of the national architecture prize in 2006.
Del Sol has blended Andean textiles with whimsically painted walls, slate tiled floors with rustic, warm rugs, and European furniture with a fresh, minimalist décor that gives the hotel its own eclectic style. The guestrooms and common areas are light, and vibrantly colored.
