TREKKING IN MAGALLANES RESERVE

The Magallanes Reserve is located on the outskirts of the city of Punta Arenas, a city that traces its origins to the 1500s, when Ferdinand Magellan discovered the strait that now bears his name, the path linking Magallanes National Reserves and constitutes Parrillar a must travel for citizens of Punta Arenas, as well as for those who make a stopover in the city travel is a protected wilderness area with an area of ??over 20,000 hectares.
