Casa Kuschel

Formal aspects: Volume of a sovereign floor. Gable roof with ridge parallel to Miraflores street. It has back-to-back volume. It has neoclassical influence due to the symmetry of its facade and its guillotine windows with jambaje crowned with a straight pediment.
Casa Maldonado
Location: Isolated building (273 m2) with a plot of 920 m2. Due to the topographic characteristics of the terrain, it has a great presence in its surroundings.
Materiality: Structure of wood framework. Walls covered with horizontal decking. Cover with wooden tiles.
Formal appearance: Rectangular floor volume one floor and sovereign. Gable roof with ridge parallel to the street and central viewpoint. On the main facade it has an open corridor with pillars.
In doors and windows there are elaborate details typical of neoclassical language.
Gotschlich House
Location: Corner building (218m2) built on the property line on a plot of 625m2.
Materiality: Structure of wood frame. Walls and roof covered with wooden shingle.
Formal aspects: Rectangular volume of two floors and sovereignty. Gable roof with ridge parallel to the street and central viewpoint on the access portico and balcony rehudido. The eaves have jabalcones and supporting structures with neo-gothic reminiscences.
Casa Yunge
Location: Corner building (400m2) built on the property line on land 625m2.
Materiality: Structure of wood framework. Walls and roof covered with wooden shingle.
Formal aspects: Rectangular volume of two floors and sovereignty. Gable roof with ridge parallel to the street and central viewpoint on the access portico and balcony rehudido. The eaves have jabalcones and supporting structures with neo-Gothic reminiscence.
Raddatz House
Location: Corner building built on the property line.
Materiality: Structure of wood framework. Walls and roof covered with wooden tiles.
Formal aspects: Volume in ele with ochavo in the corner. The gable roof follows axes of volumes. It has valuable ornamental details in jambaje and coronation of doors and windows.
